Instructions for Presentations

Oral presentations

Please prepare your talk as a Powerpoint presentation. A laptop (Windows XP) will be available that can read CDs and USB memory sticks. If possible, talks should be saved directly on the laptop and tested for proper display before the session to save time. Consult the program for the amount of time you have available. Please allow for some time for questions/discussion at the end of your presentation.

Poster presentations

The maximum poster size that the display area can accomodate is 4ft x 4ft (120 cm x 120 cm). Please design the size of your poster accordingly. Posters should be mounted by noon on Monday, Aug. 28 and remain on display until noon on Thursday, Aug. 31.
